A NEW CONCEPT IN CALL CENTER STRATEGIES

US Dispatch Corp was founded in 2001 and designed to create the prototype for a new generation of dispatch call centers. USDC uses its unique proprietary software to provide call answering, dispatching, billing and all back-office functions for a myriad of businesses.

Currently based in Seattle, USDC provides call center and dispatch services for seven different companies engaged in the transportation business. The USDC software and phone system supports multiple companies and provides quality customer service to those company's clients.

US Dispatch has formed a partnership with dNet, a software provider for the delivery industry. In tandem with dNet, USDC is beta testing proprietary software that is custom made for delivery companies and all dispatch-related industries. When completed, this software will be available to interested and qualified companies for only a maintenance fee. USDC will provide installation and training for qualified companies. Clients of the USDC call center are able to cut overhead costs by as much as 50% by utilizing the call center’s computer system, offices and personnel. Those clients are then able to focus on managing road personnel and marketing efforts, leaving the office functions to USDC.
